A) The general distribution of all samples collected in this study across all sites. This set was used for the differential abundance analysis, the null model analysis and neutral model analysis. B) a balanced subset of the original sampling design used in the analysis of α-diversity and β-diversity. Tephritid species are given as Db: D. bivittatus, Dc: D. ciliatus, Zc: Z. cucurbitae.
