Dark current characteristics of 2nd generation thin film PV modules after dark storage and preconditioning

file "heat diffusion modules": A simulated sun light LED teststand (~880 W/m2) was used to illuminate a CdTe module of series FS4117A-3 for different durations of time and measure the temperature dynamics at the glass back sheet with multiple thermoelements  (belongs to Fig 2 of the manuscript)

file "Exp007_FS262_photoIVDach" and "Exp007_FS4117A_photoIVDach": CdTe modules of series FS262 and FS4117A-3 have been mounted outdoors and photo-IVs been measured with a capacitive curve tracer at good weather days across a few months, at different irradiances. Therefore the data have been analysed regarding the modules reaction to different irradiances (by correction to STC) and illumination dosage by time. (belongs to Fig 3 of the manuscript)

file "intens_dep_prist_CdTe_15112021_mit_GT-corr": CdTe modules of series FS262 and FS4117A-3 have been illuminated at different irradiances between 200 and 1100 W/m2 by an LED solar simulator and photo-IVs been measured with a capacitive curve tracer. Therefore the data have been analysed regarding the modules reaction to different irradiances (by correction to STC) for comparison with outdoor data. (belongs to Fig 3 of the manuscript)

file "Tmod_vs_darkIVs": For several CdTe modules of series First Solar FS262, FS265 and FS4117A-3, and CIGS modules of series Würth Solar WSG0074063 and solar Frontier SF165, dark current characteristics have been measured with a Keithley 2612B System-Sourcemeter at different temperatures between 20 and 70 degC. file "precon_by_bias_sweeps" contains the dark-IV data of several CdTe modules of series First Solar FS262, FS265 and FS4117A-3, and CIGS modules of series Würth Solar WSG0074063 and Solar Frontier SF165, as measured with a Keithley 2612B System-Sourcemeter after different bias treatments of dark-stored modules. file "Microinverter_10min_data_Feb-Nov2022" contains microinverter data of 10 different modules (CdTe modules of series First Solar FS262, FS265 and FS4117A-3, and CIGS modules of series Würth Solar WSG0074063 and Solar Frontier SF165) collected with 10 min resolution over several months. (belongs to Fig. 4)

file "dark_degradation_1st_batch_long_term" contains regular dark-IV measurements of several CdTe modules of series First Solar FS262, FS265 and FS4117A-3, and CIGS modules of series Würth Solar WSG0074063 and Solar Frontier SF165, as measured with a Keithley 2612B System-Sourcemeter, during long term dark storage after several months of field operation.
