Effect of YKL-40 on melanoma proliferation in a mouse model.

To investigate the effect of YKL-40 on melanoma proliferation in C57BL/6J mice, we established a B16F10 cell line overexpressing YKL-40. Then we used the cells for subcutaneous injection into mice, thereby establishing a tumor model. Finally, we performed gene expression profiling using data obtained from RNA-seq of mouse melanoma tissues.
