ISSUES OF DEVELOPING DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF EDUCATORS

This article provides a broad and in-depth analysis of the issues of developing digital competence of educators of preschool educational organizations on a scientific basis. The article is based on local and international empirical studies, meta-analyses, educational policy documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the First Step state curriculum, the Digital Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy, presidential decrees and ministerial documents, as well as inclusive and modern education trends. It covers in detail the issues of digital literacy of educators, skills in using digital pedagogical tools, creation and use of online educational resources, ensuring the digital safety of children, implementation of an individual approach in the digital environment, and continuous professional development. The results show that the digital competence of educators is often insufficient today, which affects the quality of inclusive education for children. negatively affects the formation of skills and the effectiveness of the educational process. The article provides empirically based proposals and strategic directions for the development of digital competence in the preschool education system.
