以实景三维数据为基底，公司自主开发的时空大数据平台为基础，建立自然资源、农业、林业、水利、政策五库，摸清各类资源家底，以科学规划为前提、全域土地综合整治为抓手，对乡村所有要素进行综合规划、设计和整治。通过盘活农村资源和资产，实现资源向资本的转换，保障乡村基础设施和产业发展用地；引入龙头企业，促进产业项目落地，带动农业转型升级，推进一二三产融合发展，助力乡村振兴。Based on real-scene 3D data and the company's self-developed spatio-temporal big data platform, this dataset has established five databases covering natural resources, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy and policies, and completed a comprehensive inventory of all types of resources. Taking scientific planning as the prerequisite and comprehensive land consolidation across the entire region as the core starting point, it conducts comprehensive planning, design and remediation for all rural elements. By revitalizing rural resources and assets, it realizes the conversion of resources into capital, guarantees land for rural infrastructure construction and industrial development, introduces leading enterprises to promote the implementation of industrial projects, drives the transformation and upgrading of agriculture, advances the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and supports rural revitalization.
