Overview This dataset contains the source data associated with the manuscript “Susceptibility and Regulation of Biomolecular Condensates by Solutes.” The dataset includes tabulated data used to generate the main figures and supporting analyses in the manuscript. The data describe how solutes regulate the phase behavior of biomolecular condensates across multiple model systems, including changes in dilute- and dense-phase concentrations, solute-dependent phase-boundary shifts, susceptibility measurements, peptide- and metabolite-dependent regulation, and enzyme-driven control of Bik1 condensates. For the apyrase-driven Bik1 experiment, the dataset includes simulated ATP, ADP, AMP, and inorganic phosphate concentrations versus time, together with experimentally measured Bik1 dilute- and dense-phase concentrations after mixing. Other files contain source data for the remaining figures in the manuscript, organized by figure.
