Woleaian lexical data

These files contain processed lexical data from an ongoing language documentation project for Woleaian (woe, wole1240), a language spoken in Eauripik, Woleai, and other Outer Islands of Yap, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Many of these files are being incorporated into a WOL<>ENG dictionary of marine culture including watercraft, canoeing culture, oceanography, flora and fauna terminology. The principle language consultants are Mr. Lenny Saumar and Mr. DJ Dominic Taruwemai Taiwer Jr., both from Eauripik Atoll and residing in Honolulu, Hawai'i, USA. The principle linguist is Ms. Josiah Murphy at the Department of Linguistics, University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
