Single-cell mRNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) study was conducted to to probe heterogeneity of human BPH associated cells. No cell sorting was conducted so all cells within the BPH environment could be represented. Human BPH tissues were mechanically and enzymatically digested, then debris removed using the Debris Removal Solution (Miltenyi). scRNA-seq was performed for all 5 samples, and 4 out of 5 samples have CITE-seq (cell surface protein expression) data Please note that the processed data was generated from both CSP and cDNA samples combined (except the '047563_1562-all-cells' sample) and is linked to the corresponding *_cDNA sample records.
