Dark field recordings of 60 nm and 80nm gold particles which were diluted in essentially particle-free double distilled H2O. The temperature was 24 °C. The concentration was amounted to approximately 3x10^9 ml. The video file was captured with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II camera at 25 FPS mounted on a Olympus BX51 microscope (100-fold oil immersion objective) which was illuminated with a CytoViva dark field oil condenser.
