The gene expression profling between non-treated urinary bladder epithelium (Control) and dimethylarsinic acid-induced urinary bladder tumors of F344 male rats. Overall design: Male 10-week-old F344 rats were treated with 0 (Control) or 200 ppm dimethylarsinic acid (DMA) in drinking water for 2 years. After treatment, rats were sacrificed, and removed urinary bladder. Control and DMA-tumor: 5 control urinary bladder epithelium and 6 DMA-induced urinary bladder carcinomas of male rats. Mixed 5 or 6 samples from conrol or DMA-induced tumor group, respectively, for each array.
