Gene expression profiles of fractionated cells from cirrhotic rat livers

Gene expression profiling was performed in each of hepatocyte fraction and non-parenchymal cell fraction enriched with activated hepatic stellate cells/myofibroblasts from cirrhotic rat livers induced by repeated, low-dose diethylnitrosamine (DEN) treatment.针对经反复低剂量二乙基亚硝胺（diethylnitrosamine, DEN）处理诱导的肝硬化大鼠肝脏，分别对其肝细胞组分与富集活化肝星状细胞/肌成纤维细胞的非实质细胞组分开展基因表达谱分析（Gene expression profiling）。
