To explore the possible mechanism for the unstable and stable of amoxicillin resistance of Helicobacter pylori, whole genome sequencing was carried out on the cryopreserved clone (H390d) and obtained amoxicillin-resistant clone (H390r) .The Helicobacter pylori strain H390 (MIC to amoxicillin 256mg/L,unstable)was isolated from patient gastric mucosa tissues with digestive diseases ,after 18 months of Cryopreservation transformed into strain H390d .Its MIC to amoxicillin decreased to 0.5mg/L . H390d was used as the starting culture to obtain stable amoxicillin resistant isolates H390r (MIC 256mg/L, MIC no change after cryopreservation) by exposed to amoxicillin in vitro.
