This repository contains the complete mRNA and miRNA analysis tables used for the transcriptomic analyses presented in the Master's thesis “Impact of IFN-γ on the Transcriptomic Profile of HBMEC Under Flow Conditions: Implications for Vascular Inflammation in Malaria”. The deposited files include the mRNA expression analysis tables for the IFN-γ versus CTRL and TNF-α versus CTRL comparisons, the DEGs shared between both comparisons, mature and seed-level miRNA expression analysis tables, and predicted miRNA target and functional enrichment analyses.
