Transcriptome sequencing of isolated MNT-1cells after 72 h coculturing with KRT5 downregulation HaCaT cells

To investigate the effect of KRT5-KD Hecat cells on cocultured melanocytes Overall design: MNT-1 cells were obtained from American Type Culture Collection (Manassas, VA, USA), and cultured according to standard procedures. MNT-1 cells were seeded at a density of 2×10^4 cells/ml and cultured for 24 h. Lentivirus-infected HaCaT cells were then seeded at a density of 4×104 cells/ml in high-glucose DMEM containing 20% fetal bovine serum for 72 h. The cells were digested with trypsin, and GFP-negative cells were isolated by flow cytometry, and total mRNA was extracted.
