Effect study of Selenomethionine against lung cancer in vitro and in vivo

Selenium (Se) is one of the most important trace elements for the human body, which has attracted much attention due to its inhibitory effect on various malignant tumor cells proliferation. Selenium of diet is usually sourced from selenomethionine (SeMet) and selenocysteine (SeCys). In this study, we aimed to compare the effects of SeMet and SeCys on lung cancer in vitro and in vivo experiments, and to explore the mechanisms by transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) and bioinformatics analysis.
