违停智能抓拍系统

大华违停智能抓拍解决方案通过建设非现场自动取证系统，利用机器视觉代替人工进行车辆目标提取、违法行为自动判断、自动跟踪放大、自动车牌识别，准确、快速对机动车违法停车行为进行取证执法，最大程度上解放警力，有效治理城市违法停车行为，创造良好的城市环境，保证交通通畅安全。 系统整体分为三部分：前端采集部分、网络传输部分和中心管理部分。 前端采集部分包含了网络高清违停抓拍相机、扬声器、智能终端盒、室外LED信息屏等设备。其中智能网络高清相机，能够远距离清楚拍摄违停车辆，清晰抓拍车辆前牌、前排乘坐情况或车辆后牌特征；抓拍相机兼具超级宽动态效果、图像降噪、低照度的功能特点，确保系统在夜间或光线复杂环境下车牌自动识别能力;扬声器用来播放语音提示信息，当有违停抓拍相机检测到违停车辆时，可以触发扬声器提醒驾驶员尽快驶离;智能终端盒配套室外LED信息屏可以用来播放违法警示信息以及历史违法记录。 网络传输部分是由前端局域网、专用接入网、中心视频专网构成，实现前端子系统与后端管理子系统之间的互联互通。 中心管理部分包含了视频专网的综合管控平台、存储设备以及违法数据推送网关等。综合管控平台统一接入管理前端违停抓拍相机，实时接收违法记录以及违法合成图片，同时也能够对违法录像进行中心存储，并将违法图片和违法录像进行关联管理，选择相应违法图片后可以直接查看违法时间点前后的全过程录像。违法数据推送网关能够将违法记录统一推送至违法审核平台进行审核。

Dahua Intelligent Parking Violation Detection Solution constructs an off-site automatic evidence collection system, which uses machine vision instead of manual labor to conduct vehicle target extraction, automatic violation judgment, automatic tracking and zooming, and automatic license plate recognition. It can accurately and quickly collect evidence and enforce law for motor vehicle illegal parking behaviors, maximizing the liberation of police resources, effectively curbing urban illegal parking, creating a favorable urban environment, and ensuring smooth and safe traffic.

The overall system is divided into three parts: front-end collection subsystem, network transmission subsystem, and central management subsystem.

The front-end collection subsystem includes devices such as network high-definition parking violation capture cameras, speakers, intelligent terminal boxes, and outdoor LED information screens. The intelligent network high-definition camera can clearly capture parking violation vehicles from a long distance, clearly shooting the front license plate, front row seating status, or rear license plate features of the vehicle. The capture camera also features super wide dynamic range, image noise reduction, and low-light performance, ensuring the system's automatic license plate recognition capability in night or complex lighting environments. The speakers are used to play voice prompt messages: when a parking violation capture camera detects a violating vehicle, it will trigger the speakers to remind the driver to leave as soon as possible. The intelligent terminal box matched with the outdoor LED information screen can be used to play violation warning information and historical violation records.

The network transmission subsystem is composed of a front-end local area network, dedicated access network, and central video private network, realizing interconnection and interoperability between the front-end subsystem and the back-end management subsystem.

The central management subsystem includes a comprehensive management and control platform for the video private network, storage devices, violation data push gateways, and other equipment. The comprehensive management and control platform uniformly accesses and manages the front-end parking violation capture cameras, receives violation records and synthesized violation images in real time. It can also centrally store violation videos, manage violation images and videos in association, and directly view the entire process of video before and after the violation time point after selecting the corresponding violation image. The violation data push gateway can uniformly push violation records to the violation review platform for review.
