Impact of Streptococcal peptide on Vibrio cholerae transcriptional landscape

We have identified short hydrophobic peptides secerted by Streptococci impact the motility of Vibrio cholerae and hypothesize that there is a shift in the transcriptional landscape of Vc in the presence of these peptides. Therefore, we aim to identigy differentially expressed Vc genes when exposed to these Streptococcal short hydrophobic peptides.
