To study the effect of dLsd1 knockdown on gene expression in oogenesis, we performed transcripts profiling by microarray in wild type ovaries and ovaries depleted for dLsd1. Overall design: Changes in gene expression upon dLsd1 depletion were measured in Drosophila ovaries. To deplete dLsd1, we drove the expression of an RNAi against dLsd1 using the Act5C-GAL4 driver, which drives the expression of the RNAi ubiquitously. Experiments were performed in biological triplicates.
