资源简介:
Digital platforms are increasingly used to support students’ psychological reflection and stress management, yet the neural processes underlying interaction with such systems remain insufficiently understood. This study investigates neural oscillatory dynamics during interaction with a student psychological care platform and explores their relationship with multidimensional user experience (UX) measures.Twenty-nine university students participated in an EEG experiment comparing neural activity during an eyes-open resting condition and during platform interaction. Spectral power across five frequency bands (delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma) was analyzed using a multilevel analytical framework including whole-scalp comparisons, topographic mapping, and region-of-interest (ROI) analyses. Subjective UX was assessed using the System Usability Scale (SUS), NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), and Self-Assessment Manikin (SAM). Spearman correlations were conducted to examine brain–behavior relationships. Results revealed significant modulation across several frequency bands during platform interaction. ROI analyses indicated spatially localized oscillatory effects. Brain–behavior analyses showed generally weak associations between neural indicators and UX measures, although beta-band activity was positively correlated with perceived dominance. These findings suggest that neural oscillatory dynamics and subjective UX evaluations capture complementary aspects of digital interaction with psychological support platforms.
