Methodology:
PCR reactions were performed with LightCycler®96 apparatus by Roche.
Data was acquired from the apparatus and processed with LightCycler® software (Roche, ver. 1.1)
The efficiency of each reaction was calculated with LightCycler® software (Roche, ver. 1.1) with series of dilution of cDNA matrix mix
The quality of the procedures was ensured by usage of triplicates of each sample.
Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase was used as a housekeeping gene.
