Dataset for Enantiomeric Fractions Reveal Differences in the Atropselective Disposition of 2,2',3,5',6-Pentachlorobiphenyl (PCB 95) in Wildtype, Cyp2abfgs-null and CYP2A6-Humanized Mice

This dataset summarized a study of investigating the distribution of 2,2’,3,5,5’-pentachlorinated biphenyl (PCB 95) and its hydroxylated metabolites (as methoxylated derivatives) in the wild type (WT), Cyp2abfgs-null (KO) and CYP2A6-Humanized (KI) mice that were exposed to racemic PCB 95 (1 mg/kg bw) with stripped corn oil as vehicle by single gavage dosing. The dataset contains mass (ng) and concentration (ng/g tissue) of PCB 95 and its metabolites in adipose, blood, brain and liver, the tissue weight of tissues used for the analysis, enantiomeric fraction values of PCB 95 in the different tissues, and the QA/QC data.
