TOD - Transit-Oriented Development Project Inventory (View)
收藏资源简介:
The Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Project Inventory is a dataset maintained by the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission that tracks past, current, and ongoing TOD-related projects across the county. This layer compiles data collected by the Planning Commission, with input from local municipalities, organizations, and developers, to provide a comprehensive view of transit-supportive development efforts. Projects in this inventory are categorized into five key types: Development – New or renovated buildings that promote mixed-use, walkability, and transit accessibility. Planning – Studies and policy initiatives that guide future TOD implementation. Infrastructure – Investments in public infrastructure, including transit stations, streetscapes, and pedestrian/bike improvements. Zoning – Regulatory changes that support TOD principles, such as density incentives or parking reductions. This dataset helps stakeholders understand the landscape of TOD projects and identify opportunities for future transit-supportive growth. It is updated as new projects are added or existing ones progress.
