This layer compiles data collected by the Planning Commission, with input from local municipalities, organizations, and developers, to provide a comprehensive view of transit-supportive development efforts. Projects in this inventory are categorized into five key types: Development – New or renovated buildings that promote mixed-use, walkability, and transit accessibility. Planning – Studies and policy initiatives that guide future TOD implementation. Infrastructure – Investments in public infrastructure, including transit stations, streetscapes, and pedestrian/bike improvements.
