"The risk of electrical leakage currents that may endanger both patients and medical personnel. One of the most frequently used medical devices is the patient monitor, which continuously observes patients\u2019 vital conditions. Leakage current is an unintended and undesirable flow of electric current that travels through unintended paths, such as ground connections or insulating materials. Therefore, leakage current monitoring in patient monitors is essential to prevent potential safety hazards. The proposed method involves acquiring induced voltage data from the patient monitor using a Residual Current Device (RCD) interfaced with an NI myDAQ. Data Collected using NI MyDaq for Medical Devices : two Patient Monitors (PMon A and PMon B) . "
