Dataset for "Coherent phonon flatband generated in GaAs/AlAs superlattices via layer-selective optical pumping"

This data set contains processed tr-XRD data and MD results that support the findings in journal article "Coherent phonon flatband generated in GaAs/AlAs superlattices via layer-selective optical pumping" published on Nature Communications. Tr-XRD_data.zip contains diffraction intensity as a function of pump delay at different momentum transfers for coincidental, in phase and anti-phase double laser pulse excitations. Simulation_data.zip contains raw data of all lattice dynamics and MD simulations presented in the article. All data are openly accessible on Zenodo at https://zenodo.org/uploads/15717937.
