Norway v. Lorena Granada – ECHR Submission, Reference Update, and Full Archive Release

This record contains the complete documentary archive related to my human rights case arising from Norway’s pandemic-era enforcement practices. After being convicted in 2025 to a discriminatory fine of 31,000 NOK — over three times higher than the standard 10,000 NOK fine imposed on others for the same alleged offense (refusal of PCR testing) — I pursued every domestic legal avenue available: police complaints, lower courts, the Court of Appeal, and ultimately the Supreme Court of Norway. All domestic attempts were dismissed without substantive examination. As a result, I filed my case with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). My first and second submissions were rejected on procedural grounds that were factually incorrect (alleged “missing document,” alleged “missing signature”). After a third, more comprehensive submission — delivered with documented courier confirmation — the Court’s Registry initially claimed they had not received it. Upon insistence and verification, the Court acknowledged its arrival and issued a reference number.
