Dataset for "De-aberration for noninvasive transcranial photoacoustic computed tomography through an adult human skull"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw data associated with the article “De-aberration for noninvasive transcranial photoacoustic computed tomography through an adult human skull,” published in Communications Physics: https://doi.org/10.1038/s42005-026-02545-3. The dataset contains PACT raw data for representative phantoms with and without an ex-vivo adult human skull. It also contains a binary skull mask and ultrasound-transducer coordinates. Dataset structure: The dataset is organized into the following directories: Fig_3/Internal_illumination: ph_ws.mat: Phantom data with the skull (Internal illumination, Laser firing time: 130 samples). ph_ns.mat: Phantom data without the skull (Internal illumination, Laser firing time: 830 samples). Fig_3/External_illumination: ph_ws.mat: Phantom data with the skull (External illumination, Laser firing time: 100 samples). ph_ns.mat: Phantom data without the skull (External illumination, Laser firing time: 100 samples). Fig_4/Internal_illumination: ph_ws_A.mat: Phantom data acquired with the skull at position A (Internal illumination, Laser firing time: 130 samples). ph_ws_B.mat: Phantom data acquired with the skull at position B (Internal illumination, Laser firing time: 130 samples). ph_ws_C.mat: Phantom data acquired with the skull at position C (Internal illumination, Laser firing time: 130 samples). ph_ns.mat: Common phantom reference acquired without the skull (Internal illumination, Laser firing time: 830 samples). Skull_Mask: skull_mask.mat: A binary volume mask of the ex vivo skull used in the experiment. The x, y, and z grid coordinates are also included (unit: m). tx_coords.mat: Coordinates of the ultrasound transducers (unit: m). Usage notes: The data is saved as a 3D array of size 128 x 400 x 4096 (Ne x Na x Nt), where Ne is the number of elements in the arc array, Na is the number of the azimuthal scanning points (over 360 degrees), and Nt is the number of time samples. The data was sampled at 10 MHz. Additional information is provided in the included 'README.md'.
