资源简介:
Porcine epidemic diarrhea (PED) is a severe viral disease caused by the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), leading to huge economic losses in the swine industry. Identifying therapeutic targets has long been a critical challenge in preventing and controlling PED through nutritional interventions. In the present study, 12 seven-day-old crossbred (Duroc x Landrace x Large White) healthy piglets were selected for experiments. The transcriptomics analyses were conducted on the small intestine of piglets infected with PEDV. As part of the study "Integrated Omics and Multi-Batch Analysis Highlight Alterations in Lipid Metabolism and Potential Therapeutic Targets." Our purpose is to identify and validate prospective targets for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes in the context of PEDV. Importantly, this study offers a novel perspective for understanding the pathogenesis of PEDV and provides new insights into its prevention and control.
