KLF15 Establishes the Landscape of Circadian Expression in the Heart

In the heart, KLF15 directs a biphasic circadian rhythm, while preventing extraneous oscillation at the transcriptomic level. We compared the cardiac circadian transcriptome of KLF15 KO (cK15) and control (alpha-MHC cre) mice using RNA sequencing analysis (RNAseq)在心脏中，KLF15可调控双相昼夜节律，同时在转录组层面抑制异常的节律振荡。本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-sequencing, RNAseq）分析，对比了KLF15基因敲除（KLF15 KO, cK15）小鼠与对照（alpha-MHC cre）小鼠的心脏昼夜转录组。
