Fertilisation NP on wheat mycorrhiza

The present study combines mycobiota characterisation in wheat roots on a 50-year P fertilisation trial during two years, with targeted experiments in controlled conditions using nutritive regimes with N and P gradients to (1) evaluate the structure and composition community shift in increased P; (2) assess the potential of mycorrhizal marker genes located at the peri arbuscular membrane to characterise symbiotic status and function and (3) use these markers to characterise plant dependence on the mycorrhizal pathway/dependency for nutrient uptake in field conditions.
