Leading reasons for online shopping in Canada 2023

A 2023 survey found that item costs and savings were the most important factor which online shoppers in Canada considered when making a purchase from an online store instead of a traditional store. In second place was the shipping costs with 54 percent of respondents considering this aspect important.
