This FAIRsharing record describes: National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) OpenData Portal development aims to share COVID-19-related drug repurposing data and experiments for all approved drugs. The NCATS OpenData COVID-19 portal is a resource designed for rapid and open sharing of SARS-CoV-2 screening data and assay information for the global health community, measuring over 10,000 compound related assays including the NCATS Pharmaceutical Collection of nearly 3,000 approved drugs. This research was supported by the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) Intramural Research Program of the NIH, aimed to enable researchers with the resources needed to formulate and test hypotheses, prioritize research opportunities, and efficiently search for effective therapies against viral and disease exposures.
