This dataset supports the manuscript: "Inundation Frequency Shapes Soil Organic Carbon Stability in Estuarine Wetlands: Physical and Biogeochemical Controls. The table lists profile sampling points SI, S2, S3, and S4, along with surface sampling points SS1 through SS15. Column A indicates the sampling time, while Column B specifies the sampling site. Column C details the soil layer sampled (cm), and Column D notes the sampling elevation. Column E shows the flooding frequency at the sampling points. Column F presents the clay content as a percentage, Column G provides the electrical conductivity (EC) in mS/cm, and Column H displays the pH level. Lastly, Column I reports the soil moisture content (SWC) in %.Column J represents soil bulk density (BD), measured in g/cm³. Column K indicates soil organic carbon (SOC), expressed in g/kg. Column L displays total nitrogen (TN) in the soil, also in g/kg. Column M records dissolved organic carbon (DOC), measured in mg/kg, while column N assesses microbial biomass carbon (MBC), reported in mg/kg.
