This dataset contains all raw- and quantification data of Western Blots used in the associated manuscript. Data were collected on a Li-Cor Odyssey XF using either fluorescent or chemiluminescent detection techniques. Filenames are coded as follows: Blot#_Experiment_n#-method-antibody-(date) Abbreviations: HEK-OE = Overexpession of CaMK2b in heterologous cells; CaMK2bKO = Knockout of CaMK2b in cultured muscle cells, KO1 = 21A(17), KO2 = 8b6; WCL = Whole cell lysates. IP = Immunoprecipitation of MuSK\ TissueIP-(date)-Mbnl1 = Immunoprecipitation of MuSK from muscle lysate of Mbnl1 mutant mice\ TissueIP-(date)-CaMK2bKO = Immunoprecipitation of MuSK from muscle lysate of CaMK2b mutant mice.
