PEDAGOGICAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPING PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' MEDIA AND INFORMATION LITERACY THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS

This article examines the pedagogical opportunities for developing primary school students’ media and information literacy through the use of artificial intelligence tools. In modern education, it is essential for students to navigate the digital environment effectively, critically evaluate information, and use it responsibly. The article analyzes the content of media and information literacy, the didactic potential of artificial intelligence tools, and the author’s pedagogical model entitled “Search – Analyze – Verify – Conclude,” which was developed taking into account the age and psychological characteristics of primary school students. The article also provides practical recommendations for implementing this model in the educational process.
