16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data of buffalo cervical microbiome under probiotic therapy for postpartum endometritis

Raw 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data (Ion Torrent platform) from buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) cervical swabs collected during a probiotic treatment trial for postpartum endometritis. Samples include three treatment groups: Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (LP), Pediococcus pentosaceus (MS/NS), and untreated controls. Sequencing was performed on an Ion GeneStudio S5 Plus system targeting the V3-V4 hypervariable region of 16S rRNA.
