Spatial and temporal habitat availability declines towards and beyond the geographic range limit of a coastal dune endemic

This data set and associated R code contains data and analysis for the manuscript entitled "Spatial and temporal habitat availability declines towards and beyond the geographic range limit of a coastal dune endemic". Here, we present habitat suitability and occupancy data from a multi-generation survey conducted in 2019 and 2022 at >4,200 plots distributed across 1100 kilometres of coastal dune habitat, as well as data on the availability on coastal habitat availability derived from satellite imagery. With this data, we aimed to assess how habitat availability varies towards and beyond the geographic range limit of coastal dune endemic Camissoniopsis cheiranthifolia. We also include data on plant community composition at these plots collected in the 2022 survey year.
