Multibeam echosounder data collected on Southern Surveyor Sea Trial 01/2007 using the Simrad EM300 multibeam echosounder to acquire high resolution seafloor bathymetry and backscatter information. This voyage took place off Hobart during February 2007. Ping rate varied according to depth. Data are stored in Simrad *.all raw format at CMAR and Geoscience Australia (GA). There are 57 files totalling 2.3 GB of raw data in this dataset. Additional information regarding this dataset is contained data processing report (as available). There is no voyage report.
XYZ and GSF files were exported per line. A geotiffs image of the entire voyage with a resolution of 50 metres has been created using CARIS
