Planck NPIPE CamSpec PR4 TTTEEE likelihood runtime data for CamSpecLikelihoods.jl

Runtime data artifact for the native Julia implementation of the selected Planck NPIPE CamSpec PR4 TTTEEE likelihood in CamSpecLikelihoods.jl. The archive contains the selected 9,915-element data vector, lower Cholesky factor of the selected covariance, spectrum ranges and offsets, and provenance metadata. The contents were reproducibly converted from the Cobaya native release CamSpec_NPIPE.zip (SHA-256 1978dd0c148a87678b4cf07340401814a3bc81b5cb87dbdccb76565a3a883e15) by CamSpecLikelihoods.jl/validation/convert_camspec_pr4_artifact.py. The selected spectra are 143x143, 217x217, 143x217, TE, and EE. This redistribution does not alter or supersede the terms and citation requirements of the original CamSpec and Planck NPIPE data products.
