ITS for Chuxiong Lentinus Edodes

This work took wild Lentinus edodes in Chuxiong, Yunnan as the research object,completed the isolation and identification of a wild Lentinus edodes strain,Through the research of this work, the isolation, preservation and domestication of wild Lentinus edodes in Chuxiong area have been realized, which has a certain practical significance for the long-term development of the local Lentinus edodes industry, and also provides a theoretical foundation and a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of wild edible mushroom resources in the region and practice guidance.
