Those are supplements for “SARS-CoV-2 has mutated among minks, reducing the lethality and infectivity to humans.” <br>acknowledgement_table includes those for the Netherlands’, Denmark’s, and mink samples. <br>sPC for samples and bases for the RNA sequence data. The PC for samples include the list of samples. They are tab-separated ASCII text, zip-compressed.<br>Those used the European samples: the acknowledgments are in GitHub at https://github.com/TomokazuKonishi/Fast-calc-for-SARS-CoV-2. The R-code for PCA is also in there.<br>The axes used will be sent upon request. Please contact konishi@akita-pu.ac.jp. However, if your alignment differs from mine, this will be useless, so I presently do not recommend this anymore.<br>“RCodeForBinom.txt” includes the code to make Fig. 1C.<br>
