Salivary microbial analysis of Chinese patients with membranous nephropathy. Saliva microorganisms

Saliva were collected from 22 patients with membranous nephropathy and 15 healthy controls and the microbiome were analyzed using next generation sequencing in order to develop a preliminary model based on saliva-specific microbes and clinical indicators to facilitate the early diagnosis of membranous nephropathy.
