Rhizosphere soil of Alisma orientale and Alisma plantago-aquatica Metagenome

To explain the variations in the structure and function of the rhizosphere microbiome between the two places, as well as the impact of the rhizosphere microbiome on Rhizoma Alismatis quality, we applied metagenomics to examine the structure, interaction, and function of the rhizosphere microbiome in both locations in this work.
