FCM Model of High-Reliability Safety Culture and Training Manual

The dataset consists of a Fuzzy Cognitive Map Model (in csv format) of the key drivers of high-reliability safety culture in the offshore oil and gas industry. This model was created by selecting pertinent literature and conducting thematic analysis to identify key concepts and relationships as well as t-coefficent analysis to set edge weights. Additionally, expert judgement was provided by oil and gas practitioners. In addition, the data set contains a training manual to improve safety culture in offshore oil and gas.
