This dataset contains synaptic bias-parameter sweep data and calibrated lookup tables (LUTs) for a 4 × 4 superconducting programmable spiking neuromorphic integrated circuit (SPINIC).The file synapse_sweep16.xlsx contains the measured parameter-sweep results for 16 synapses. The first three columns are the bias-current scaling parameters XI1, XI2, and XI3, and the remaining 16 columns report the corresponding synaptic weight values for each synapse in the 4 × 4 array.The file synapse_lut16.xlsx provides the extracted LUTs for the 16 synapses. Each sheet corresponds to one synapse and lists the calibrated XI1, XI2, and XI3 parameter combination for target synaptic weights from 0 to 20. The LUTs were generated from the sweep data using a clustering-based selection method. For each target weight, candidate bias-parameter combinations producing the same or nearest measured weight were grouped in the three-dimensional XI1-XI2-XI3 parameter space, and the representative parameter set was selected from the dominant cluster to provide a robust calibration point for that synapse.
