CA Cannabis Water Gage Reference Tool

Cannabis cultivators that divert water from a waterbody are required to ensure that the prior day’s average flow exceeds the minimum monthly instream flow Requirement at the cannabis cultivator’s assigned compliance gage.  Cannabis cultivators shall verify and document compliance with the applicable minimum instream flows daily for each day of surface water diversion.  This interactive GIS mapping tool assists cannabis cultivators in determining whether surface water diversions are authorized daily by allowing them to locate their point of diversion on the map.  Clicking on the map will open a pop-up window that provides an overview of the compliance gage flow requirement at that location on that day.
