资源简介:
The goal of this project is to investigate how immune responses in Arabidopsis roots are spatially regulated across different longitudinal zones and cell types to provide effective defense against pathogen infections. By uncovering the zone- and cell-type-specific immune mechanisms, this study enhances our understanding of root immunity and its coordination with plant growth. These findings are relevant for improving disease resistance in crops by targeting immune regulation at the root level, where plants interact directly with soilborne pathogens.
