This layer shows geographic boundaries created by the National Center for Education Statistics’ (NCES) Education Demographic and Geographic Estimates (EDGE) program that classify communities into twelve locales ranging from Large Cities to Remote Rural areas based on TL 2025 and the 2020 Urban Standards.
