METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

The AbSorbEnt project involves the development and production of alternative sorbents
as well as their analytical analysis (e.g., NMR) and the determination of the thermodynamic properties of the pure
substances and the water/sorbent mixtures. Based on the measured values, three sorbents were selected from 50 potential sorbents,
which will be analyzed in more detail in the further course of the project, e.g., in an AWP test carrier.
This conference paper presents excerpts from the results obtained so far on
sorption capacity, long-term stability, and thermodynamic properties.
