Mice vaccinated with SARS-CoV-2 Raw sequence reads

Mice were vaccinated with 4-dose SASR-CoV-2 inactivated vaccines (named x4In group), 3-dose In followed by one-dose adenovirus vectored vaccine (named x3InAd group) or dilution buffer (named x4Ctrl group). Then, mice spleens were collected for RNA-seq. Here we submit these sequencing data. Each group contains three biological replicates, named _1, _2 and _3. We compared these data to find differences between SARS-CoV-2 homologous and heterologous immunization.
