Dataset from the analysis of solid-state dielectric, structural, and DFT data for phenylene rotors with fluorine atom(s)

This dataset contains raw data from the analyses published in the article entitled “Image of the solid-state rotary motion encoded in the dielectric response” in Reports on Progress in Physics (2024) (https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6633/ad7288). The raw data were generated during dielectric and X-ray diffraction measurements and DFT calculations performed for phenylene rotators variously substituted with a fluorine atom(s) with distinct solid-state rotational properties. The data provided correspond to figures published in the main article.
